The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the UGC NET December 2025-26 result on 4 February 2026. Candidates will be able to download scorecards from ugcnet.nta.nic.in or nta.ac.in, check subject-wise marks, percentiles, and qualifying status for JRF, Assistant Professor, or PhD eligibility.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the UGC NET December 2025-26 result on 4 February 2026. Candidates who appeared for the exam to determine eligibility for Assistant Professor, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), or PhD programmes will be able to download their subject-wise scorecards from ugcnet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.

 

Official Websites to Access UGC NET Result

Candidates will be able to check their results through the following official portals:

  • ugcnet.nta.nic.in — primary portal for result and scorecards

  • nta.ac.in — alternate portal in case of heavy traffic

  • Direct scorecard link — to be activated on official sites by NTA

Candidates will need to log in using their application number and date of birth or password to view and download the result.

 

What the UGC NET Scorecard Will Show?

The downloadable UGC NET scorecard will display:

  • Marks in Paper I and Paper II

  • Aggregate score and percentile

  • Qualifying status for JRF, Assistant Professor, or PhD eligibility

  • Subject-wise performance details

  • Category-wise cut-off marks

Candidates are advised to verify all details carefully and save digital and printed copies for future admissions, recruitment, or verification processes.

Once released, candidates will be able to download their scorecards by:

  1. Visiting ugcnet.nta.nic.in

  2. Navigating to the UGC NET December 2025-26 Result or Scorecard section

  3. Entering their application number, date of birth, and login details

  4. Submitting information to view the result

  5. Downloading and saving the scorecard PDF

In case of high traffic, candidates will be able to retry or use nta.ac.in as an alternate portal.
