The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the provisional answer key for the UGC NET December 2025 examination on the official portal ugcnet.nta.nic.in. This step allows candidates who appeared in the December Session to download answer keys, question papers and their recorded responses, and estimate their probable scores before the final result.

Answer Key and Objection Timeline

The UGC NET 2025 provisional answer key is now available online, and candidates can review it along with the question papers and their individual responses. The objection submission window is open through 17 January 2026, giving candidates an opportunity to challenge any discrepancies or incorrect answer options shown in the provisional key. After the deadline, no further objections will be accepted. During the challenge process, candidates must log in to the portal using their application number and password, select the questions they wish to dispute, upload supporting documents/justification, and pay a processing fee per challenged question as specified in the notification.
