The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has started the UCEED and CEED 2026 registration process with late fees. Candidates who missed the regular deadline can now apply for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) and Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) by paying a late fee of ₹500 in addition to the regular application fee. The late registration window opened on November 6, 2025, and will remain active till November 10, 2025. Application Process for UCEED and CEED 2026

Candidates must carefully complete the registration process to avoid errors during document verification. The application process for both exams involves six major steps:

  1. Online Registration – Visit the respective portal and register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
  2. Filling Personal Details – Enter personal and contact information as per official records.
  3. Providing Academic Information – Add qualification details such as board, year of passing, and marks.
  4. Selection of Test Centres – Choose the preferred exam cities as per convenience.
  5. Uploading of Documents – Upload scanned copies of required documents, including photo, signature, and category certificates (if applicable).
  6. Payment of Fees – Pay the application fee, including the late fee of ₹500, through debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking.

Admit Card and Error Correction

About UCEED and CEED

  • UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) is conducted for admission into B.Des programmes at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur.
