The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has extended the UCEED and CEED 2026 application deadline. Candidates can now apply till November 5, 2025, with regular fees. The online registration process began on October 1, 2025, for the B.Des and M.Des programs.
The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) and the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) are conducted by IIT Bombay for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate design programs at participating institutes including IITs.

IIT Bombay has released the category-wise application fee details for both UCEED and CEED 2026 exams.

UCEED 2026/ CEED 2026 Application Process
Candidates can follow these steps to apply for UCEED/CEED 2026:
- Visit the official website — uceedapp.iitb.ac.in or ceedapp.iitb.ac.in.
- Click on “Register” and enter personal and academic details.
- Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
- Pay the application fee as per your category.
- Submit the form and download a copy for future reference.
Candidates can apply with a late fee till November 10, 2025 (5 PM). No further extensions are expected after this date. The exams will be conducted in early 2026, and the admit cards will be released before the exam date.
