The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay has updated the UCEED 2026 result-sharing institutes list, with 2 new colleges joining the admission framework. Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate design programmes should carefully review the updated list to understand where their UCEED result-sharing institutes can be used for admission. These updates are important for aspirants planning BDes admissions outside the joint seat allocation process conducted by IIT Bombay. While UCEED scores remain valid, admission procedures may vary across institutes.
New Institutes Added to UCEED 2026 Result-Sharing List
As per the latest update, School of Creativity, Rishihood University and Lovely Professional University, Phagwara have been added to the UCEED 2026 Result-sharing institutes list. These institutes will offer admission to their BDes programmes based on UCEED 2026 scores. Before reviewing the implications, candidates must note that these institutes will not participate in the Joint Admission Process conducted by IIT Bombay. Admissions will be handled independently by the respective institutions. Applicants must directly apply through the official channels of these colleges for seat allotment, fee payment, and counselling. These institutes will allocate a specific number of seats for the academic year 2026-2027 using UCEED scores. Detailed information regarding seat intake, selection process, and timelines will be published separately by each institute.
UCEED Participating IITs for BDes Admissions 2026
The UCEED examination also serves as the gateway to BDes programmes offered by IITs through centralized counselling. Before checking the table below, candidates should understand that admission to these institutes is conducted strictly through the Joint Seat Allocation process based on merit rank.
