UCEED 2026 Registration Ends: Late Fee Window Open at Website

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has officially closed the UCEED 2026 registration under the regular fee category on November 5, 2025. Candidates who missed the deadline can still apply for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2026 by paying a late fee through the official registration portal —uceed.iitb.ac.in. The UCEED 2026 exam will be conducted on January 18, 2026, for admission to Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programmes offered by IITs and other participating institutions.

How to Fill the UCEED 2026 Application Form?

Applicants registering under the late fee period must complete the process carefully as per the steps given below:

  1. Visit the official website — uceed.iitb.ac.in
  2. Register online with a valid email ID and mobile number to generate login credentials
  3. Log in and fill in the required personal, academic, and communication details
  4. Select preferred exam cities in the order of priority from the drop-down list
  5. Upload documents — photograph, signature, and qualifying exam certificates in the prescribed format
  6. Pay the fee through the available online payment modes
  7. Download and save the confirmation page for future reference

 

UCEED 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Before filling out the form, candidates must check the eligibility conditions:

  • Applicants should have passed the Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent examination in 2024 or be appearing in 2025.
  • Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12.
  • There is no age limit for appearing in UCEED 2026.
