IIT Bombay is set to release the UCEED 2026 Part-A cutoff on 5 February 2026 on the official website uceed.iitb.ac.in. Expected category-wise marks for shortlisting and qualifying criteria for the next rounds are available along with counselling timelines.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will publish the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2026 cutoff for Part A on 5 February 2026, around 5 PM, on its official portal uceed.iitb.ac.in. This qualifying cutoff determines which candidates will move forward for Part B evaluation and inclusion in the merit list for B.Des admissions at participating institutes.

- Cutoff release date: 5 February 2026
- Official website: uceed.iitb.ac.in

- Result announcement: 6 March 2026 (UCEED 2026 final result)
Candidates must first clear the Part-A qualifying cutoff to have their Part-B (drawing) evaluated and to feature in the final merit list. The cutoff will be based on statistical measures of average marks and standard deviation of all candidates’ Part-A scores.
Expected UCEED 2026 Part-A Cutoff Marks (Category-Wise)
While official figures will be published on the cutoff release date, expert estimates based on trends suggest the following approximate marks required to clear Part-A:
Clearing this cutoff will allow candidates’ Part-B responses to be evaluated and ranking to be computed. Final rankings across IITs, including IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati and others, will combine scores from both parts.
