The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has announced a first-of-its-kind initiative to send TS Inter 2026 hall tickets directly to parents’ registered WhatsApp numbers ahead of the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) 2026. This move aims to ensure timely access, transparency and early verification of hall ticket details for both 1st-year and 2nd-year students. Under the new system, a preview hall ticket download link will be delivered via WhatsApp, allowing parents and students to check essential details such as name, photograph, group, medium and subjects prior to the final hall ticket being issued.
TS Inter 2026 Hall Ticket WhatsApp Preview and Verification
The WhatsApp-based facility introduced by the Telangana Board will send a download link for the TS Inter hall ticket 2026 preview to the registered mobile numbers of parents. The preview link enables students to verify all hall ticket information early, including personal details and subject schedules. Students can access the preview hall ticket through the following login requirements:
- Intermediate First Year: Enter Secondary School Certificate (SSC) roll number and date of birth.
- Intermediate Second Year: Enter first-year hall ticket number and date of birth.
For second-year students, the preview may also display first-year marks for passed subjects, details of failed subjects (if any) and the complete examination schedule, giving families a clear understanding of the student’s academic status. Parents and students are advised to check all printed details carefully including subjects, medium, photograph, group, and personal particulars and promptly contact the college principal or District Intermediate Education Officer (DIEO) if any corrections are needed before the final hall ticket is used.
TS Inter 2026 Practical and Theory Exam Schedule
Alongside the hall ticket update, the Telangana Board has shared the practical and theory examination schedule for TS Inter 2026:
- Intermediate Practical Exams: 2 February to 21 February 2026 (multiple subjects and shifts)
- English Practical (1st Year): 21 January 2026
- English Practical (2nd Year): 22 January 2026
- Ethics & Human Values (Backlog): 23 January 2026
- Environmental Education (Backlog): 24 January 2026
Theory examinations are scheduled from 25 February to 18 March 2026, with exams generally held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NOON. The move to send hall ticket links via WhatsApp reflects the board’s effort to streamline communication and reduce dependence on physical hall tickets or separate downloads, particularly given the widespread use of smartphones among parents. It is expected to help families spot any discrepancies in student details well ahead of the examination dates.
