Eligibility Criteria for TS EdCET 2025
Candidates must satisfy the following conditions:
- Nationality: Indian
- State: Telangana
- Local/Unreserved Status: As per G.O.Ms.No. 15 Higher Education (TE) Dept. dated 27-02-2025
- 85% seats reserved for local candidates of O.U. area
- 15% unreserved seats for candidates meeting residency or employment criteria in the State
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BCom, BSc, B.Sc Home Science, BCA, BBM, BBA, BA Oriental Languages) or Master’s degree with 50% aggregate marks
- Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/BC) need 40% marks
- BE/BTech graduates with 50% marks or equivalent qualifications
- Not eligible: Candidates with MBBS, BSc (AG/Horticulture/Architecture), BVSC, BHMT, BPharm, LLB, or Master’s without undergraduate study
- Age Limit: Minimum 19 years as of 1st July of the notification year; no maximum age limit

- TG EdCET 2025 Rank Card
- SSC Marks Memo
- Intermediate or equivalent Marks Memo
- Original Degree/Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo
- Study Certificates
- Transfer Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Residence Certificate (if applicable)
Fee Details
Candidates are required to pay the following fees at the time of admission:
- Processing Fee: Rs 500 for SC/ST, Rs 800 for others
- Telangana Green Fund: Rs 100
