Those who were allotted seats in Phase 1 and wish to upgrade can also modify their choices to get better college options. The last date to submit and freeze web options is October 16, 2025. Candidates who fail to complete the process before the deadline will not be considered for seat allocation in this round.

- Arrange the selected colleges in descending order of preference.
- Ensure that all filled options are saved and locked before the deadline; unlocked options will not be considered for allotment.
- Candidates who upgraded their Phase 1 seat must re-enter their preferences to retain or improve their allotment.
