TN SSLC Hall Ticket 2026 Released for 9 Lakh Students as the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu has activated the admit card download link. The Class 10 board examinations will begin on 11 March 2026 and continue till 6 April 2026. Results are expected to be announced tentatively on 20 May 2026.
TN SSLC Hall Ticket 2026 Download Process and Exam Details
The hall tickets are available on the official website dge.tnschools.gov.in/hallticket. School heads can access and download the admit cards using the required login credentials. A total of 9.09 lakh students have registered for the Tamil Nadu Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations. This includes 8.82 lakh regular candidates and 26,196 private students.
Students must collect their individual hall tickets from their respective schools. The admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall on all exam days. Authorities have advised students to verify personal details, subject codes, and exam centre information printed on the document.

- Enter the required login credentials

Tamil Nadu Board Exams 2026: Overall Participation
According to the Directorate of General Education, more than 17.61 lakh students are appearing for the Tamil Nadu board examinations in the March–April 2026 session starting from 2 March 2026.
The Class 12 (Plus Two) public examinations commenced on 2 March 2026, with students appearing for language papers, including Tamil, on the first day. A total of 8,27,475 students, including 7.99 lakh regular candidates and 27,783 private candidates, are taking the Higher Secondary examinations at 3,412 centres across the state. The Class 12 exams will conclude on 26 March 2026, and the results are expected to be declared on 8 May 2026.
State Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi inspected an examination centre in T-Nagar to review arrangements. Officials have implemented standard security and monitoring measures to ensure smooth conduct of examinations across all centres.
