The TG TET 2026 Shift 1 examination for Paper I and Paper II was overall rated easy to moderate by candidates. While Language sections were comparatively easier, Mathematics and Child Development & Pedagogy required more time and conceptual understanding. TG TET 2026 Shift 1 examination concluded with candidates reporting an overall easy to moderate difficulty level for both Paper I and Paper II. The Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test, conducted for aspiring teachers in the state, featured questions that were largely based on conceptual understanding and NCERT-level topics. According to initial feedback from examinees, most sections were manageable, although some candidates found portions of Mathematics and Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP) slightly lengthy and analytical. Since there is no negative marking, candidates attempted a large number of questions and maintained good accuracy. The examination consisted of 150 multiple-choice questions, carrying one mark each. Candidates who maintained accuracy while attempting over 100 questions are expected to remain in a comfortable position.

Following the completion of the examination, the authorities are expected to release the TG TET 2026 provisional answer key on the official portal. The scorecard will determine candidates' eligibility for teaching positions in Telangana schools.
