The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Telangana, has announced that the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Public Examinations 2026 will begin on 14 March 2026. Ahead of the examinations, the board has released sample Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheets and answer booklets to help students understand the exam format. The SSC board examinations will continue until 16 April 2026, with thousands of students appearing at centres across Telangana.

The Telangana Class 10 public examinations are conducted annually by the Directorate of Government Examinations for students completing secondary education. For the 2026 academic session, the exams will run for over a month across multiple examination centres. According to official information, more than 5,28,239 students are expected to appear for the examinations this year at 2,676 centres throughout the state.
