Telangana SSC Exam 2026 Edit Window Extended Till December 30

The Board of Secondary Education, Telangana (BSE Telangana) has extended the application edit option for the TS SSC Class 10 Public Examinations 2026. As per the latest notification, schools can make one-time corrections in student data from December 22 to December 30, 2025 through the SSC e-Nominal Rolls portal. The extension has been granted to help schools rectify errors in student records before the finalisation of examination data, issuance of hall tickets, and printing of certificates.

Purpose of Extending the TS SSC 2026 Edit Window

According to the board, the decision aims to ensure accuracy in student information submitted for the SSC Public Examinations 2026. Any discrepancy in records at this stage may create complications during later processes such as result declaration and certificate generation. BSE Telangana has clearly stated that this is a one-time facility, and schools must carefully verify all details before final submission.

TS SSC 2026 Details That Can Be Corrected

During the extended edit window, heads of institutions are permitted to make corrections in the following student particulars:

  • Student name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Community and category details
  • Subjects opted
  • Medium of instruction
  • Other personal details listed in the SSC e-Nominal Roll

The board has emphasised that all entries must be cross-checked with admission records and supporting documents to avoid errors.

Responsibility Lies With Schools

BSE Telangana has clarified that the entire responsibility for the accuracy of student data rests with the head of the institution. Schools have been instructed to ensure that all information matches official records before locking the data. Any incorrect or incomplete entries left uncorrected may cause issues during hall ticket issuance, result processing, or certificate printing.

No Corrections Allowed After December 30

The board has issued a strict warning that no requests for corrections will be entertained after December 30, 2025, under any circumstances. Schools failing to update errors within the given timeline may face administrative complications later.

Telangana SSC Exam Dates 2026

As per the examination calendar released by BSE Telangana, the TS SSC Public Examinations 2026 will be conducted between March and April 2026. The Class 10 board exams will begin on March 14, 2026, with the first language paper and conclude on April 16, 2026.
