TANCET 2026 Notification Out; Registration Begins 16 March for candidates seeking admission to MBA and MCA programmes in Tamil Nadu. Anna University has announced that the TANCET 2026 entrance exam will be conducted on 9 May 2026.
The online application form will be available from 16 March 2026, and candidates will be able to submit the form until 10 April 2026. Applicants who complete the registration process within the deadline will receive the TANCET hall ticket and become eligible to appear for the examination.

TANCET Registration Fee 2026
Candidates must pay the prescribed application fee while submitting the TANCET 2026 application form. Anna University provides fee concessions for certain reserved categories. The category-wise TANCET registration fee is given below.

Colleges Accepting TANCET 2026 Scores
TANCET scores are used for admission to various management and computer application programmes offered by universities and colleges across Tamil Nadu. Admissions through centralised single-window online counselling are offered in the following institutions:

- Anna University Regional Campuses and Constituent Colleges
- Annamalai University
- Government and Government-Aided Engineering Colleges
- Government and Government-Aided Arts and Science Colleges
- Self-financing Engineering, Arts, and Science Colleges under Government Quota
Apart from these institutes, several state universities functioning under the Tamil Nadu State Act and private self-financing institutions may also accept TANCET 2026 scores for MBA and MCA admissions. Candidates are advised to complete the registration process within the deadline to secure eligibility for the entrance examination.
