The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is set to conduct the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havaldar Recruitment Exam 2025 after the fourth week of October, following a delay in admit card issuance. SSC MTS & Havaldar 2025 Vacancy Details
The recruitment drive aims to fill 8,021 vacancies:
- MTS: 6,810 posts
- Havaldar: 1,211 posts
Exam Schedule
The Tier-1 phase of the CHSL examination will begin first from the fourth week of October 2025, followed by other SSC exams including SI CPO 2025, JE, and MTS. Specific dates for the MTS and Havaldar exams will be announced shortly by the commission.
Selection Process
The recruitment process includes the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT):
- Session 1: Mathematics & Reasoning
- Session 2: General Knowledge & English (negative marking applicable)
- Merit list based on Session 2 marks
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Havaldar only:
- Male candidates: Height 157.5 cm, weight 48 kg, 600 m run in 15 minutes
- Female candidates: Height 152 cm, 1 km run in 20 minutes

- Enter registration number and date of birth/password.
