To access and download the provisional answer key and response sheet:
- Visit the Staff Selection Commission’s official website – ssc.gov.in.

- Log in using your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
- View the answer key and response sheet displayed on the screen.
- Download and save/print the PDF for reference.

How to Raise Objections Against the Provisional Key?
Candidates who find any incorrect answers in the provisional key can raise objections online through the SSC portal by following these steps:
- Visit ssc.gov.in and click on the “Answer Key Objection” link when available.
- Log in with your credentials (Registration/Roll Number and password/DOB).
- Select the question(s) to challenge from the answer key
- Upload supporting documents or justification for each objection.
- Pay the prescribed fee of ₹50 per question (as notified).
- Submit the objection form and save the confirmation receipt for records.
The objection window is active only until 6 PM on 6 March 2026, and after this deadline, the provisional key and response sheets will no longer be accessible.
What Happens Next?
Once the objection period concludes, the SSC will review all challenges submitted and prepare a final answer key. The SSC MTS & Havaldar results 2026 will be compiled based on this final key, followed by the release of cut-off marks and further selection stages, including Physical Efficiency/Standard Tests for Havaldar posts where applicable.
