SSC has started the slot booking process for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar examination 2025. Candidates are required to select their preferred examination slot by 25 January 2026 up to 11 pm. The examination will be conducted as an online Computer-Based Test for 7,948 posts.
The Staff Selection Commission has clarified that the slot selection option, once submitted, will be final and cannot be changed after the deadline.
SSC MTS Havaldar 2025 Exam Slot Booking Details
The slot booking facility allows candidates to choose the examination city and block of dates as per their preference. This facility has been provided to help candidates plan their examination schedule in advance.
Candidates must log in to the official SSC candidate portal to access the slot booking option. Failure to select a slot within the given timeline may affect eligibility to appear for the exam.

Before selecting the exam slot, candidates must carefully review all details. The commission has clearly stated that no requests for modification will be accepted after submission.

SSC MTS City Intimation and Admit Card Release Date
As per the official notification, the city intimation slip will be released on 30 January 2026. This will inform candidates about the allotted exam city.
The SSC MTS and Havaldar admit card 2025 is expected to be released 2–3 days before the examination, tentatively on 01 February 2026. Candidates must download the admit card from ssc.gov.in.
Option for Candidates Who Miss Slot Booking Deadline
Candidates who are unable to select an exam slot by the deadline will be given another opportunity. Such candidates can confirm their willingness to appear for the exam through the feedback module by 28 January 2026.
Candidates who fail to confirm through both the slot booking window and feedback module will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
SSC MTS Havaldar Selection Process 2025
The selection of candidates will be based on marks secured in Paper 1. For Havaldar posts, additional stages such as Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted, which will be qualifying in nature.
