SSC GD Constable Physical Test 2025 has been officially released by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The physical test includes the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST). SSC GD PET/PST 2025 Schedule
The Staff Selection Commission has released the schedule for SSC GD PET/PST 2025. The physical eligibility test and standard test will be conducted for shortlisted candidates as the next stage after the written examination.

- Admit Cards: Available on SSC regional websites and CAPF portals
- Documents Required: PET admit card, valid ID proof, original certificates, and photographs

SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET) 2025 Running Time
The SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET) 2025 will assess the physical stamina of candidates through race timings set separately for male and female applicants, with relaxations for those from the Ladakh region.
For Male Candidates
- Race: 5 km within 24 minutes (General areas)
- Race (Ladakh region): 1.6 km within 6 minutes 30 seconds
For Female Candidates
- Race: 1.6 km within 8 minutes 30 seconds (General areas)
- Race (Ladakh region): 800 meters within 4 minutes
SSC GD Physical Standard Test (PST) 2025, Height, Chest & Weight
The SSC GD Physical Standard Test (PST) 2025 will measure candidates’ height, chest expansion, and weight to ensure they meet the required physical standards for selection.

Male: 170 cm (relaxations as per category/region)
Female: 157 cm (relaxations as per rules)
- Chest (Male Only)
Unexpanded: 80 cm
Expanded: 85 cm (5 cm minimum expansion)
- Weight
Proportionate to height and age
Important Instructions for SSC GD PET/PST 2025
The SSC GD PET/PST 2025 will be conducted by proper guidelines. Students are required to follow the instructions carefully to ensure smooth participation in the physical tests.
- Candidates must report on time as per their allotted slot.
