SSC CHSL exam 2025 Tier I has been scheduled for September 8 to 18, 2025, as per the official recruitment calendar. However, recent reports hint at uncertainty because of the overlap with the rescheduled SSC CGL 2025 exam, which is now taking place in early September.
As of now, SSC has not released any notification regarding changes in the CHSL exam schedule. Candidates are therefore advised to consider the official dates as valid and continue their preparations without relying on speculation.
SSC CHSL 2025 Exam Dates
Students are required to check the exam dates published by the SSC. The table mentioned below contains important dates.
Why SSC CHSL Speculation About Postponement?
Some confusion has arisen because the SSC CGL 2025 Tier I exam, originally scheduled for mid-August, has been postponed to the first week of September. With the revised CGL dates overlapping closely with the CHSL schedule, reports suggested a possible reshuffle.
However, SSC has issued no official update on postponing the CHSL exam. This means that, until an official notification appears on the SSC website, the current dates remain final.
SSC CHSL 2025: Things Aspirants Should Consider
Candidates preparing for the SSC CHSL exam should take note of the following updates before finalising their study strategy.
- Exam Dates Remain Unchanged (So Far): The SSC CHSL 2025 Tier-I exam is still scheduled for September 8 to 18, 2025.
- No Official Notification of Delay: Despite ongoing discussions, the SSC has not released any postponement circular.
- CGL Overlap Triggered Speculation: The rescheduled SSC CGL exam, now in early September, is the main reason behind doubts regarding CHSL dates.
- Preparation Should Continue as Planned: Candidates are strongly advised to stick to their schedule since no changes are confirmed.
What SSC CHSL 2025 Candidates Should Do Now?
With less than two weeks to go, aspirants should focus on exam readiness rather than rumours. Candidates are advised to:
- Regularly check the official SSC website (ssc.nic.in ) for announcements.
- Download their admit card as soon as it becomes available.
- Revise previous years’ question papers and mock tests for last-minute practice.
Keep the required ID proof and documents ready for the exam day.
