SRMJEEE 2025 Phase 1 Round 2 2025 counselling schedule has been released by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST). As per the official announcement, the seat allotment result for this round will be declared on 29th May, 2025.
SRMJEEE Counselling 2025: Documents Required
Candidates must prepare the following documents for the SRMJEEE 2025 counselling:
- Rank card of SRMJEEE 2025
- Admit card or hall ticket from the qualifying exam
- Mark sheet of Class 12 or an equivalent exam
- Mark sheet of Class 10 or equivalent exam (to verify date of birth)
- Valid photo ID proof, both original and photocopy
- Cancelled cheque leaf with the candidate’s, parent’s, or grandparent’s name printed on it
- Payment receipt(s) for the counselling fee, either via E-Pay or demand draft
SRMJEEE 2025 Round 2 Counselling and Seat Allotment Details
The choice filling window for Round 2 has now closed. Seat allotments will be made based on candidates' filled preferences, available seats, and cut-off criteria. Final allotments will consider the candidate’s rank, programme choices, and remaining seat availability.
Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay a seat acceptance fee of INR1,10,000, which includes:
- INR 10,000 (one-time, non-refundable registration fee)
- INR 1,00,000 (counselling fee, adjustable against tuition fees)
Failure to make the payment within the stipulated time will result in the cancellation of the allotment.
Upcoming Phases, Important Dates, and Payment Guidelines
SRMJEEE 2025 counselling will be conducted in three phases, each with multiple shifts. The counselling schedule for Phases 2 and 3 will be announced after their respective entrance exams.
- Phase 2 Exam Dates: 12th June to 17th June
- Phase 3 Exam Dates: 4th July and 5th July
Application Deadlines:
- 6th June for Phase 2
- 30th June for Phase 3
