The Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication (SIMC), Pune, has announced the opening of admissions for its flagship MBA in Communication Management (CM) programme for the academic session 2026–28. The admissions will be conducted through the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP 2025), which is scheduled in December.
Important Dates for SNAP 2025
The Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has released the official schedule for the test. Candidates can register online through the SNAP portal.
The exam will be held in 79 cities across India. Each candidate can attempt the test up to three times, with the best score considered for admission.
Eligibility Criteria for SIMC MBA (CM)
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
- Final-year students awaiting results may also apply.
- No specific work experience is required, though prior exposure to media, communication, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
Registration Fee Structure
- SNAP Test Fee: ₹2,250 per attempt.
- SIMC Programme Registration Fee: ₹1,000.
Payment can be made through debit card, credit card, or net banking during the application process.
Exam Pattern of SNAP 2025
The SNAP test will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) with objective-type questions. Each question will have four options, and a 25% negative marking will apply for incorrect responses.
