The SEED 2026 result for the Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design will be declared on 19 January 2026 at the official website sid.edu.in, with scorecards available via applicant login. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of scores will be eligible for the Portfolio Review and Personal Interaction (PRPI) round that follows.
The Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) is set to announce the SEED 2026 result for undergraduate design programmes on 19 January 2026 on its official portal sid.edu.in. This result will display the performance of candidates who appeared in the Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED) and will be crucial for further admission stages.
How to Check and Download SEED 2026 Scorecard?
Once the result is published, candidates can download their SEED 2026 scorecard through the official SID portal by following these steps:
- Visit the official SEED website — sid.edu.in.
- Navigate to the applicant login section.
- Enter your BDes ID and password.
- Access and download the SEED scorecard.
The scorecard will reflect performance in the SEED exam and will be required for the next stages of the admission process.
SEED 2026 PRPI Shortlist and Next Steps
After the SEED 2026 result declaration, the shortlist for the Portfolio Review and Personal Interaction (PRPI) round is expected to be released shortly, typically within a few days of the result date. Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria in SEED will be eligible for this next stage of evaluation, where portfolios and personal interviews play a key role in final selection. The PRPI schedule, including shortlist announcement date and slot booking, will be updated on the official website once the result is out. Aspirants should check sid.edu.in regularly for official notices and timelines.
Why Result Date Matter for Admissions?
The SEED result marks an important transition from the entrance examination to the candidate evaluation for admission into B.Des programmes at SID. Performance in SEED influences eligibility for PRPI rounds, after which final merit lists are prepared based on combined performance across all stages. Students are advised to ensure their login credentials are ready to access scorecards promptly on the result date and to follow all official instructions for subsequent rounds on sid.edu.in.
