SBI Foundation has launched the Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025, providing financial support to 23,230 students from underprivileged backgrounds across India. The scholarship applications can be submitted online till 15 November 2025 at sbiashascholarship.co.in.
Eligibility Criteria for SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025
The scholarship aims to empower students with strong academic performance and financial need. Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Indian
- Academic Performance: Minimum 75% marks or 7.0 CGPA in the previous academic year
- Family Income:
- School students – INR 3 lakhs or less annually
- College students – INR 6 lakhs or less annually
Scholarship Benefits and Coverage
The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025 provides financial assistance to students from Class 9 to postgraduate programs. The scholarship offers support ranging from INR 15,000 to 20,00,000 annually until course completion. The scholarship is divided into the following categories:
- School Students: Class 9 to 12
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students: Enrolled in NIRF top 300 or NAAC A-rated institutes
- Scholars at IITs and IIMs
- Medical Course Aspirants
- Students Aspiring to Study Abroad
- SC/ST Students Pursuing Master’s or Higher Education Abroad: Universities ranked in QS top 200

- Visit www.sbiashascholarship.co.in
- Register with personal and academic details
- Upload required documents including mark sheets, income proof, and identification
- Submit the application before 15 November 2025
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
