The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the Sainik School Result 2026 for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE), covering admissions to Class 6 and Class 9 across Sainik Schools in India. This release marks the start of the admission process for the academic session.

 

AISSEE 2026 Results and Merit List Overview

The AISSEE 2026 examination was conducted in offline (pen‑and‑paper) mode on 18 January 2026 for admission into Sainik School Class 6 and Class 9. Candidates who appeared for the test can now access their results online using their login credentials on the official portal. The selection list and detailed merit lists for both classes have been published, allowing students to verify their performance and check whether they have qualified for the next stage of admission procedures.

 

How to Download AISSEE 2026 Result and Scorecard?

Students and parents should follow these steps to download the AISSEE 2026 result:

  1. Visit the official NTA result portal at exams.nta.nic.in or the specified AISSEE result page.
  2. Click on the link for AISSEE 2026 Results – Classes 6 & 9.
  3. Enter the application number, password/date of birth, and captcha details.
  4. Submit the information to view the scorecard.
  5. Download and print the scorecard for future use.

The scorecard displays subject‑wise marks, overall marks, personal details and qualification status for each candidate. Shortlisted students should retain this document for counselling and admission formalities.

 

Merit List and Next Steps for Admission

Along with individual results, the AISSEE 2026 merit list has been released, highlighting the top performers in both Class 6 and Class 9 categories.
