RV University, Bengaluru, and Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology have officially joined the list of UCEED and CEED 2026 result-sharing institutes. With this update, both institutes will now consider UCEED 2026 and CEED 2026 scores for admission to their BDes and MDes programmes for the academic year 2026–27. As per the latest announcement, RV University will offer admission to its undergraduate and postgraduate design courses based on UCEED and CEED results. However, the university will not participate in the Joint Admission Process (JoSAA-style counselling) conducted by IIT Bombay for design admissions. Candidates will need to apply directly to the institute as per its individual admission guidelines. Similarly, Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology has been added to the UCEED 2026 result-sharing institutes list, enabling it to use UCEED scores for allocating seats in select undergraduate design programmes.
Seat Allocation and Admission Process
Both RV University and Srishti Manipal Institute will reserve a limited number of seats in their BDes and MDes courses for candidates applying through UCEED and/or CEED 2026. Details regarding:
- number of seats,
- application timelines,
- eligibility criteria, and
- selection process
will be released separately by the respective institutes on their official websites. Candidates are advised to regularly check institute portals or contact the admissions office for clarification.
