The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially revised the RRB Paramedical Exam Date 2026 for recruitment under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN)‑03/2025, confirming that the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be held over three days — 11, 12 and 13 March 2026 for eligible candidates. This examination forms part of the recruitment process for 434 Paramedical Staff posts, including roles such as Pharmacist, ECG Technician, Dialysis Technician and other allied healthcare positions within Indian Railways.

Revised RRB Paramedical 2026 CBT Dates

The updated schedule for the RRB Paramedical CBT Exam 2026 is as follows:

  • 11 March 2026 – Day 1 CBT
  • 12 March 2026 – Day 2 CBT
  • 13 March 2026 – Day 3 CBT

Candidates who have applied for the various paramedical categories should note these dates and plan their preparation accordingly

Important Reminders for Aspirants

Aspirants are advised to regularly check the official Railway Recruitment Board websites or the regional RRB portal where they submitted their application for:

  • Exam City and Date Intimation Slip — typically activated about 10 days before the exam
  • Admit Card (E‑Call Letter) — generally released 4 days prior to the scheduled exam date
  • Exact shift timing and reporting instructions

Candidates must carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof such as Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID or Passport to the examination centre.

Preparation Strategy and Resources

For aspirants gearing up for the RRB Paramedical CBT, focusing on all relevant subjects and exam pattern is crucial. The exam usually features:

  • Multiple‑choice questions across professional knowledge and general aptitude
  • A duration of 90 minutes for the full paper
  • Standard negative marking for incorrect answers

Candidates should also leverage official and trusted mock test links released by RRB to familiarise themselves with the exam interface and question distribution.

What Happens Next?

Once the CBT is conducted on these revised dates, RRB will evaluate answer sheets and publish results followed by subsequent stages of recruitment such as document verification where applicable.
