RRB NTPC Skill Test Rescheduled to 11 February 2026

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced that the NTPC Computer-Based Skill Test (CBTST) will be conducted on 11 February 2026 for candidates who appeared in the RRB NTPC exam on 28 December 2025 and opted for rescheduling of the skill test. This rescheduling applies specifically to those candidates who chose the option of delaying their skill test after the earlier exam date. The CBTST consists of a typing skill assessment, which all eligible candidates must complete to move forward in the recruitment process for NTPC post selections.

About the Skill Test

The Computer-Based Skill Test (CBTST) for RRB NTPC typically involves:

• Typing skills evaluation, where candidates must type a minimum number of words
• English typing is mandatory, while Hindi typing may also be offered where applicable
• Candidates opting for Hindi must be familiar with appropriate fonts (e.g., Mangal or Krutidev) for the Hindi typing component, if chosen

This skill test is a crucial stage in the selection process for various NTPC graduate-level posts under the Railway Recruitment Board, and only candidates meeting the required standards can proceed further.
