RRB NTPC 2025 Correction Window Open for Graduate Applications

The Railway Recruitment Boards have opened the RRB NTPC 2025 application correction facility for graduate-level posts. Registered candidates can edit their details through the RRB NTPC correction link available on the official portal, rrbapply.gov.in. The last date to make corrections is December 9, 2025.

 

To edit the RRB NTPC application form, candidates must pay a modification fee of INR 100. However, if a candidate changes their category from SC/ST to UR/OBC or from Ex-SM/PwBD/Female/Transgender to UR/OBC (NCL)/Non-Ex-SM/Non-PwBD/Male, the fee becomes INR 250.

 

What Can Be Edited via RRB NTPC 2025 Correction Facility?

Candidates can modify the following details:

  • Spelling errors in candidate’s name
  • Father’s and mother’s name
  • Gender
  • Language
  • Category
  • Community certificate details
  • Educational qualification
  • Address
  • Photograph and signature

 

What Cannot Be Edited in RRB NTPC Graduate Correction Window?

The following fields are permanently locked and cannot be changed:

  • Registered email ID
  • Mobile number
  • RRB zone
  • Post preferences
  • Payment details
  • Verified ID or Aadhaar information

 

How to Make Corrections in RRB NTPC Application Form 2025?

Candidates can follow these steps to edit their application:

  1. Visit rrbapply.gov.in
  2. Log in using mobile number or email ID and password
  3. Pay the required modification fee
  4. Click on the Modify Application tab
  5. Edit the required fields and submit
  6. Save and download the updated application form

Candidates are advised to complete corrections well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
