RRB JE Selection Process 2025
The selection process for RRB JE 2025 includes the following stages:
- Stage 1: CBT 1 (qualifying in nature)
- Stage 2: CBT 2 (final merit preparation)

- Stage 4: Medical Examination
RRB JE CBT 1 Exam Pattern 2025
CBT 1 is the first stage and serves as a qualifying test. It carries negative marking, with 1/3rd mark deducted for each wrong answer. Minimum qualifying marks vary by category.
Qualifying Marks for CBT 1
- UR: 40%
- OBC: 30%
- SC: 30%
- ST: 25%
- PwBD: Relaxation of 2% in case of a shortage of candidates
RRB JE CBT 2 Exam Pattern 2025
The second stage, CBT 2, is crucial as it determines the merit list. The paper consists of both technical and non-technical sections. Negative marking of 1/3rd mark per wrong answer is applicable here as well.
