The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the city intimation slip for the RRB Junior Engineer (JE) 2026 recruitment under CEN 05/2025. The Computer-Based Test (CBT-I) will be held on 19, 20 and 25 February 2026. The slip provides exam city and shift details ahead of the final admit card release.

The RRB has updated the RRB JE 2026 exam schedule and made the city intimation slip available on regional RRB websites. Candidates who applied for the JE, Depot Material Supervisor (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA) posts can now view their exam city, date and shift slot in advance According to official notifications, the first stage CBT-I will be conducted on:

The city intimation slip is a preliminary communication and not the final admit card. It helps candidates plan travel and logistics before the full admit card is issued.
How to Download the RRB JE City Intimation Slip?
Candidates who have registered for the RRB JE 2026 recruitment can download the city intimation slip by:
- Visiting the official regional RRB websites (e.g., rrbcdg.gov.in and other regional portals).
- Clicking on the RRB JE City Intimation Slip link for CEN 05/2025.
- Logging in using their registration number and date of birth.Once logged in, candidates can view and download the slip showing the exam city, date and shift assigned for their CBT-I.
What’s Next: Admit Card and Preparation?
While the city intimation slip gives candidates advance notice of exam cities and tentative dates, the RRB JE admit card containing the detailed exam centre address, reporting time and roll number will be made available separately. Typically, RRB issues the admit card about four days before the scheduled exam date, after the city slip has been published.
