RRB Group D 2025 Exam Analysis Live: Shift-Wise Review & Difficulty

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) conducted the RRB Group D 2025 Computer-Based Test (CBT) on November 26, 2025, in three shifts across the country. The official RRB Group D exam analysis is being prepared based on candidate feedback and expert review. The shift-wise analysis helps aspirants understand the overall and section-wise difficulty level, question pattern, and expected performance trends. A total of one hundred questions carrying one hundred marks were asked in the CBT. Candidates who qualify this stage will be called for the next phase of recruitment as per the official selection process.

RRB Group D 2025 Difficulty Level (Overall)

As per initial reactions received from candidates across multiple centres, the overall difficulty level of the paper was reported as moderate. None of the shifts were described as extremely easy or highly difficult. Mathematics and Reasoning sections were considered time-consuming by several candidates, while General Awareness was mostly current-affairs oriented. Science questions were mostly from basic Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the secondary school level. Candidates who had prepared from standard NCERT-based content found the section manageable.

Section-Wise Difficulty Level Trend

Based on early feedback trends, the expected difficulty level across sections is summarised below:

  • General Science: Easy to Moderate
  • Mathematics: Moderate
  • General Intelligence and Reasoning: Moderate
  • General Awareness and Current Affairs: Easy to Moderate

The exact shift-wise variation will be clearer once detailed memory-based papers and expert reviews are compiled.

Importance of RRB Group D Exam Analysis

The RRB Group D exam analysis plays a crucial role for candidates who are:

  • Preparing for upcoming railway examinations
  • Waiting for answer keys and result updates
  • Estimating expected cut-off marks
  • Planning strategy for the next stage of selection

The detailed shift-wise analysis also helps in understanding whether there was significant variation in difficulty across different shifts.

What Happens After CBT?

Candidates who qualify the CBT will be shortlisted for the next stage of recruitment, as prescribed in the official notification. The further stages generally include:

  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

Final selection will be based on merit and fulfilment of all eligibility norms.

Advisory for Candidates

Candidates are advised to:

  • Keep a regular check on the official RRB websites for updates
  • Avoid relying on rumours related to results and cut-offs
  • Download their response sheets and answer keys once released
  • Preserve their CBT admit card for future reference
