RRB Group D 2025 Admit Card & City Slip Upcoming; Download Steps

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is set to release the city intimation slip and admit card for the Group D (Level 1) recruitment 2025, as the Computer‑Based Test is slated to begin from November 17, 2025 onwards. The recruitment drive under CEN‑08/2024 targets over 32,000 vacancies across various Regions. The city slip allows candidates to know the exam city and shift, whereas the admit card provides full centre details and credentials. Candidates are advised to keep their login details ready for quick access once the links go live on regional RRB websites.

What Documents Are Coming and Their Release Timeline?

According to official updates, the city intimation slip will be issued approximately ten days before the exam, while the admit card is expected around four days prior to each candidate’s exam slot. Currently, no official date has been posted, but several sources indicate an imminent launch.

How to Download the RRB Group D Admit Card 2025?

When available, RRB Group D Admit Card 2025 candidates must follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official regional RRB website (for example, rrbcdg.gov.in or others).
  2. Click the link titled “RRB Group D Admit Card 2025” or “CBT Level 1 Hall Ticket”.
  3. Enter your Registration Number/ User ID and Date of Birth/ Password.
  4. Complete the captcha verification if prompted.
  5. Download and print the hall‑ticket/admit card.

Candidates should ensure the details—name, roll number, centre, date and shift—are correct. Any discrepancies should be notified to the concerned RRB immediately.

What Details Appear on the Admit Card and City Slip?

The hall ticket will include:

  • Candidate’s full name
  • Registration/roll number
  • Exam date, shift, and timing
  • Exam centre address and reporting time
  • Instructions for exam day and self‑declaration form

The city slip will mention only the exam city and shift, but not the full centre details. It is used to allow candidates to plan travel in advance.

Guidelines & Important Points for Exam Day

Candidates are advised to arrive at the examination centre at least 60‑90 minutes before reporting time. They must bring:

  • Printed admit card
  • Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, Voter ID)
  • Recent passport‑size photograph

Electronic gadgets including mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices and calculators are strictly not allowed.

Current Status & What to Watch

Although hundreds of thousands of candidates have applied and are awaiting the hall ticket, the process faced delays due to court proceedings. The CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal) recently cleared the eligibility criteria issue, enabling the RRB to proceed with releases. With the slip and card expected imminently, aspirants should stay frequently updated on the official RRB portals of their region.
