The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has not yet released the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) 2026 CBT-1 provisional answer key or the candidate response sheet, despite growing anticipation among aspirants. Candidates who appeared for the RRB ALP CBT-1 examination are advised to note that any claims circulating about the answer key being out are incorrect as of now. The board is expected to release the answer key, response sheet, and objection tracker together on the official RRB regional websites.

 

When Will RRB ALP CBT-1 Answer Key 2026 Be Released?

Based on previous recruitment cycles, RRB generally releases the provisional answer key within 7–10 days after the completion of the CBT-1 examination. However, no official confirmation regarding the exact date or time has been issued yet. Candidates are advised to rely only on official RRB portals for updates and avoid unofficial links or PDFs circulating on social media platforms.

 

How to Download RRB ALP Answer Key & Response Sheet ?

After the official release, candidates will be able to access the answer key and response sheet by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official RRB regional website
  2. Click on the link for RRB ALP 2026 CBT-1 Answer Key / Response Sheet
  3. Log in using registration number and date of birth
  4. View and download the answer key and response sheet PDF
  5. Save a copy for future reference

 

RRB ALP Objection Tracker: What to Know

Along with the provisional answer key, RRB will activate an online objection tracker. Candidates who find discrepancies will be allowed to challenge questions within the prescribed window. Key points regarding objections:

  • Challenges must be submitted online only
  • Supporting documents or justification may be required
  • A non-refundable fee per question is usually applicable
  • Objections submitted after the deadline will not be accepted

 

What Happens After the Objection Window?

Once the objection window closes, RRB will examine all challenges and release the final answer key. The CBT-1 result will be prepared based on this final key, followed by announcements related to CBT-2 and further selection stages.
