The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced the interview schedule for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination (RAS) 2024. Candidates who cleared the prelims and mains will now appear for the oral/personality test in December 2025. - Phase-I Interviews: 1 December – 12 December 2025
- Additional interviews: 15 December – 24 December 2025
The interviews are being conducted for candidates who have cleared the previous stages — Prelims and Mains.
What Candidates Need to Carry & Follow?
Before heading for the interview, make sure you have these mandatory items ready. RPSC guidelines are strict — a shortage of any document can result in disqualification.
- Downloaded the interview call letter/hall ticket from the RPSC website.
- Two print copies of the detailed application form submitted earlier.
- Original photo-ID card (with valid proof), along with photocopies of all educational certificates.
- One recent passport-size colour photograph.
RPSC has explicitly stated that no candidate will be allowed to appear for an interview without the complete set of required documents.
Final Phase Important: Interview as Personality Test
The interview for RAS 2024 serves as the final personality test and viva-voce round. This phase assesses candidates’ administrative aptitude, communication skills, general awareness and decision-making ability — beyond academic record. Candidates are advised to thoroughly prepare by brushing up on current affairs, Rajasthan-specific administrative and socio-political issues, and strengthening their presentation and interview skills.

Once interviews conclude (by 24 December 2025), RPSC will evaluate the man's overall performance — mains + interview — to prepare the final merit list.
