Educational Qualifications for RPSC Assistant Professor

Posts 1 to 27 (Arts, Science, Commerce)
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject from an Indian university.
- Clearing NET/SLET/SET or holding a Ph.D. exempts the candidate from national eligibility tests.
- Ph.D. from a top 500 global university (QS, THE, ARWU ranking) is also acceptable.
- Working knowledge of Hindi (Devanagari script) and understanding of Rajasthani culture is required.
Posts 28 to 30 (Music & Dance)
- Master's degree with 55% marks and NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. is mandatory.
- Alternatively, a highly accomplished professional artist with a Bachelor’s degree may apply (e.g., “A” grade artist of AIR/Doordarshan).
- Knowledge of Hindi and Rajasthani culture is mandatory.
