Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, has invited online applications for 1,010 Act Apprentice training slots for 2026-27. Eligible candidates can apply for trades including Fitter, Electrician, Carpenter, Welder and Machinist.

ICF Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Vacancy Details

ICF has announced 1,010 apprentice training slots across various trades. The vacancies include opportunities for both freshers and Ex-ITI candidates.

The recruitment includes 320 slots for freshers and 670 for Ex-ITI candidates, along with MLT and PASAA positions.

ICF Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Eligibility

For most fresher and ITI trades, candidates must have passed Class 10 with the required marks. Ex-ITI candidates must also possess the relevant NCVT or SCVT trade certificate.

For MLT trades, candidates need to have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Candidates applying as freshers must generally be between 15 and 22 years, while the upper age limit for ITI candidates is 24 years as on September 7, 2026. Age relaxation is applicable to reserved categories as per government rules.
