Candidates must carefully review the provisional allotment list and submit any objections within the given timeframe to ensure smooth processing of their admission.

1% J&K Migrant Quota in Punjab Medical Colleges

A major update this year is the implementation of a 1% reservation quota for students from Jammu and Kashmir who were displaced due to terrorist violence. This quota applies to private medical colleges in Punjab and is divided into two preference categories:

• Migrant students from Jammu and Kashmir meeting all eligibility criteria.
• Migrant students from Jammu and Kashmir who are displaced but do not meet the full eligibility criteria.

Applicants under this quota will be included in the Round 3 seat allotment process, providing an opportunity to secure admission in Punjab’s medical colleges.
