The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has released the Punjab NEET PG Counselling 2025 round 1 provisional merit list on its official website, bfuhs.ac.in. Candidates who submitted their willingness to participate in the Punjab NEET PG 2025 counselling round 1 can now check their merit position in the released PDF.
Along with the merit list, BFUHS has also published the list of eligible and ineligible candidates for the minority quota, as well as the Sikh minority eligible candidates list, on the official counselling portal.
Punjab NEET PG 2025 Merit List Details
The provisional merit list includes important information such as:
- Candidate’s registration number and roll number
- Name of the applicant
- Percentage of incentive
- State-specific percentile
- Category and willingness status
The merit list will serve as the basis for seat allotment under MD and MS courses across participating medical colleges in Punjab.
Punjab NEET PG 2025 Counselling Schedule
The Punjab NEET PG 2025 round 1 counselling process has already begun, with choice filling and locking starting on November 7, 2025. Candidates must fill their preferred courses and colleges online before the last date.

Punjab NEET PG Counselling 2025 Round 1 Process
The counselling is conducted for admission to MD and MS postgraduate medical courses in the state. Candidates shortlisted in the merit list will be able to participate in the seat allotment round based on their rank, category, and preferences.
Once the provisional seat allotment result is declared on November 14, 2025, selected candidates must report to their allotted colleges between November 17 and November 20, 2025, for document verification and admission formalities.
