- Receive login credentials through email and SMS
- Log in using the allotted credentials
- Fill all personal and academic details

Important Instructions for Candidates
Only candidates who successfully complete registration and security deposit payment will be eligible for choice filling and seat allotment. The choice filling and locking process will be conducted between December 13 and December 15, 2025. Seat allotment will be based on NEET PG 2025 rank, category, and availability of seats in participating institutions across Punjab.
