- Personal details mentioned on the confirmation page, admit card, and rank card will appear exactly as entered during the application process. WBJEEB will not be responsible for errors.

Students who are shortlisted in the merit list must carefully follow the instructions regarding registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting. - All documents and personal details are verified only at the allotted institute during admission.
- Any errors made by the candidate during the online application process cannot be rectified by the Board later.
- After completion of counselling, the rank card and OMR images cannot be downloaded. Students must save them in advance.
Duplicate documents, such as admit cards or rank cards, can be obtained only within 60 days of result declaration or until the end of counselling, by paying a fee of INR 500 per document through a bank draft in favour of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board”, payable at Kolkata.
