Pearl Academy has concluded its convocation for the Class of 2025, marking a strong year with 99% placements across its campuses. A total of 834 students graduated this year. The institute reported significant recruiter participation across design, fashion, media and technology sectors.

 

The highest package of INR 26 LPA was offered to a Communication Design student from the Bengaluru campus. The student has been selected by Rocketium for a Product Designer role, reflecting the steady integration of design and technology in leading global organisations.

 

Pearl Academy Placement Highlights 2025

The graduating batch witnessed wide industry participation. Recruiters included apparel, technology, luxury, retail and communication brands. This diverse presence indicates the growing demand for skilled design and creative professionals in both domestic and international markets.

 

Top companies included Apparel Group (Dubai), Rocketium, IBM, Capgemini, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, HT Group, Rolling Stones, Hindustan Times Group, Conde Nast, Christian Louboutin, Reliance Brands, TJX, J.J. Valaya, Ritika Mirchandani, Snapdeal, Livspace, Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons and Meres Benisant.

 

Aditi Srivastava, President of Pearl Academy, stated that this milestone represents the institute’s commitment to quality education. She added that students graduating this year carry forward the values of creativity, discipline and global readiness shaped at Pearl Academy.

 

Recognition of Student Excellence at the Convocation

Before presenting the key award announcement, here is a brief context. Pearl Academy annually acknowledges exceptional work by graduating students under special institutional honours. These awards celebrate innovation, originality and social impact in academic projects.

 

This year, the Dr. A.K.G. Nair Award, named after the founding director, was presented to Shivika Bhargava from the Fashion Communication programme (Delhi-West campus). Her project, titled “I Am the Protagonist of My Own Story”, focuses on integrating mental health awareness into daily journaling through an emotionally intelligent design experience.
