Why Panjab University Runs a Separate NRI/FN Spot Round

Under Panjab University's admission rules, 10% of sanctioned seats in each B.E. course at UIET are reserved for NRI candidates, and a further 5% for Foreign Nationals, over and above the general seat matrix.
