Odisha NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 Provisional Result Released

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has officially released the provisional seat allotment result for Round 2 of Odisha NEET UG 2025 counselling. Candidates who participated in the second round of counselling can now check their MBBS and BDS seat allotment status on the official website, ojee.nic.in.

 

The seat allotment is published based on the choices filled between September 15 and 18, 2025, by candidates who completed registration for Round 2 on September 10 and 11, 2025.

 

Odisha NEET 2025 Round 2 Counselling: Important Dates

The OJEE Committee has published a detailed timeline for post-allotment activities related to Round 2. Candidates should make note of the following important dates:

How to Check Odisha NEET UG 2025 Round 2 Provisional Allotment

The provisional allotment list is available in PDF format on the OJEE NEET counselling portal. Candidates can follow the steps below to check their status:

  1. Visit the official OJEE NEET portal: ojee.nic.in
  2. Click on the link titled “Provisional Allotment of Candidates MBBS/BDS (2nd Round)”
  3. Download the PDF document
  4. Search using the Application Number to view allotment details

The provisional list includes detailed information such as the candidate’s state rank, category, allotted college, course (MBBS/BDS), and quota.

 

Details Included in the Provisional Seat Allotment List

The Round 2 provisional result PDF provides a transparent view of seat allocation. Each entry contains:

  • Application Number
  • State Merit Rank
  • Candidate’s Category
  • Allotted Institute Name
  • Course Allotted (MBBS/BDS)
  • Quota Type (State/All India/Other)

Candidates are advised to verify all personal and allotment details carefully. If they come across any discrepancies, they must submit their objections before the specified deadline.

 

Grievance Redressal Window Open Until September 20, 11:30 AM

OJEE has allowed candidates to raise objections or grievances regarding the provisional result until 11:30 AM on September 20, 2025. Concerns can be submitted through the official portal. Once grievances are addressed, the final Round 2 seat allotment result will be released the same day, after 5 PM.

 

Reporting at Allotted Colleges from September 22

Candidates who receive final seat allotment in Round 2 must report to their respective medical or dental colleges between September 22 and September 26, 2025. During this period, candidates must complete:

  • Document verification
  • Fee payment
  • Confirmation of admission

Note: Failure to report within the deadline may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

 

What’s Next in Odisha NEET UG 2025 Counselling?

After Round 2 concludes, OJEE may initiate a mop-up round, depending on vacant seats. Eligible candidates who have not been allotted a seat so far will be allowed to participate. Candidates are advised to keep checking ojee.nic.in for timely updates, official notices, and document submission guidelines.
