The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) Odisha has announced the Odisha NEET PG 2025 counselling round 1 dates on its official website. Students who completed the online form submission can start filling their choices from November 23, 2025. For this round, the state is offering 372 MD and MS seats across medical colleges in Odisha.
Odisha NEET PG 2025 Seat Matrix Details
The authorities will publish the provisional seat matrix on November 20. This matrix will display the branch-wise and college-wise distribution of available seats. Students can raise objections till 11:59 PM on November 20.The final seat matrix will be released on November 21, 2025.
For Odisha NEET PG counselling 2025, the state has approved 62 new PG medical seats across six state-run medical colleges. The total seats include:
- 163 in-service seats
- 161 direct candidate seats
- 84 management quota seats

What Happens After Choice Filling?
Students who complete the choice filling and locking process by November 25 will be able to check their seat allotment result on November 27. Those allotted a seat must download their allotment letter on November 28 and report to the allotted college between November 29 and 30. Candidates selected for upgradation need to report on December 2.
