A total of 398 candidates successfully cleared the examination, including 144 women. Priyansu Pal from Angul topped the merit list, followed by Ananya Mishra, the only woman in the top ten, and Sovan Pattanaik, who secured the third position.

The Odisha Civil Services Exam 2023 comprised three stages:
