Importance of Updating Aadhaar and UDID Details
According to the NTA notice, candidates should ensure that their Aadhaar Card contains the following up-to-date information:
- Correct name
- Date of birth (as per Class 10th certificate)
- Latest photograph
- Current address
- Father’s name
Candidates with disabilities must also ensure that their UDID Card is valid and renewed as required.
How to Apply for UGC NET December 2025?
Candidates can apply for the UGC NET December 2025 examination through the official website: ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The application process is as follows:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to ugcnet.nta.nic.in and read the instructions carefully.
- Register: Create an account using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Fill the Application Form: Provide personal, academic, and exam details as required.
- Upload Documents: Upload a recent photograph, signature, and UDID (if applicable).
- Pay the Application Fee: Submit the application fee online through the available payment modes.

Application Correction Window
The application correction window will be open from November 10 to 12, 2025, allowing candidates to make necessary changes in their forms. However, the exam city intimation slip, admit card release date, and exact examination schedule will be announced later on the NTA website.
