The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has commenced the Class 10 and 12 board exams 2025 today, October 14. The exams will continue till November 18, 2025, and results are expected to be declared approximately seven weeks after the conclusion of exams.
For most subjects, exams will be conducted from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, while a few subjects have a shorter duration, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Class 12 exams begin with Early Childhood Care and Education, whereas Class 10 students start with Sanskrit Sahitya or Entrepreneurship.
NIOS Board Exam 2025: Key Guidelines
- Students must carry their hall ticket to the exam centre.
- Arrive at the centre on time, as mentioned on the admit card.
- Bring pens and stationery allowed in the admit card.
- Do not bring electronic gadgets or any banned items.
- Results will be declared around seven weeks after exams conclude.
- Mark sheets, certificates, and migration documents will be provided through respective study centres. If a centre is closed, documents will be sent by post.
