NIELIT DLC Exams November 2025 Begin Today for CCC, BCC, ECC Courses

The November cycle of the NIELIT DLC examinations started today across multiple centres. The schedule covers all six courses—CCC, BCC, CCCP, ECC and ACC. The examination window will run from 18 November to 21 November 2025. All papers are being held in online mode, following the standard computer-based pattern used by the institute. Admit cards for the November cycle were released earlier this month. Students were advised to download them from the official portal using their application number and login credentials. The hall ticket remains mandatory for entry, and candidates are required to carry a printed copy along with a valid photo ID at the test venue.

NIELIT conducts these examinations every month to certify digital literacy skills at different levels. The November session usually records a high number of registrations, especially for the CCC and BCC courses, which are popular among students, job seekers and government employees. This year’s cycle has also seen a strong response, according to officials. Candidates have been asked to reach their exam centres on time and follow the instructions displayed on the computer screens. Since the examination is fully online and paperless, students must ensure they are familiar with the interface before attempting the questions.

Important Instructions for Candidates

A few basic guidelines have been shared for smooth conduct of the examination:

  • Carry a printed admit card and one government-issued photo ID.
  • Reach the centre at least thirty minutes before reporting time.
  • Avoid carrying electronic gadgets or study material.
  • Read all on-screen instructions carefully before starting the test.
  • Submit responses only after reviewing them within the allotted time.

NIELIT has also advised students to keep checking the portal for any updates related to the November cycle. Although the schedule is fixed for four days, any urgent notice will be shared online. The DLC examination system is widely used to build basic and advanced digital skills. Successful candidates receive certificates that are accepted in several government and private organisations. With the November cycle now underway, attention will soon shift to the result date, which will be announced after the evaluation is completed. If required, NIELIT may also issue additional instructions based on centre reports during the exam days. At present, examinations across most centres have started as scheduled.
