The choice locking window will open at 5 PM and remain active until the deadline. The stray round marks the final opportunity for aspirants to secure a medical or dental seat for the 2025–26 academic session. This round is conducted only for vacant seats left after the mop-up round.

NEET UG Stray Round Seat Matrix Released
MCC has also published the seat matrix for the stray round, listing available seats across government, private, and deemed universities for MBBS and BDS courses. Aspirants are advised to review the seat matrix before finalizing their choices to make informed decisions. The stray round seat matrix includes unfilled seats from earlier rounds, primarily in private and deemed universities. This provides one last opportunity for medical aspirants who were not allotted seats in earlier rounds to gain admission in the 2025–26 academic year.
NRI Candidate Update
In a separate notice, MCC released the list of NRI candidates found eligible after verification. A total of five applicants have been shortlisted for consideration under the NRI quota in the stray round. MCC also outlined the priority order for NRI seat allotment to ensure fair distribution during the final phase.
